Assistant/Associate Professor of Sustainable Biomaterials, Division of Forestry and Natural Resources

  • Responsabilities

This position will require the incumbent to focus on conceiving, inventing, and developing practical solutions to wood and biomass processing and manufacturing for sustainable building materials using mechanical, chemical, or biological means. The incumbent will be expected to develop a strong multi- disciplinary effort in several critical fields, including wood science, civil engineering, and chemical engineering. The incumbent will work closely with university faculty from different departments and colleges, including plant science, forest resource management, civil and mechanical engineering.
