TU Wien aim to develop advanced computational design tools for the early design phase in Architecture, Engineering and Construction.

They are looking for candidates with background in one or more of computer science, architecture, civil engineering, computational mechanics, and mathematics.Additionally, related to the position “Linking Mechanics to Form-finding of Plant-based Bio-composite Structures”, they have open full-time PhD positions in the field of “computational mechanics of wood and wood-based elements” at the Institute for Mechanics of Materials and Structures at TU Wien.
