Simulation Engineer

• Mission

As a Simulation Engineer, you’ll participate in the further development of LEKO Labs’ in-house multi-physics simulation tools. You’ll collaboratively develop, test, and implement numerical methods to guarantee the optimal hygro-mechanical-thermal performance in LEKO Labs buildings. Finally, you’ll also work closely with the Software Development teams in integrating those methods into the whole, unified, building calculation tools at LEKO Labs.

• Skills

Master or Ph.D. degree in Thermal Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in numerical modeling of material behaviors
Experience in the wood industry would be preferred
Excellent knowledge of material behaviors, especially hygroscopic, thermal, and mechanical
Proficient with Multiphysics simulation/analysis software such as COMSOL, ANSYS, or CAST3M
