Course Wood-based panels

The Process Technology course is a module of the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) Wood-Based Panels, providing you with a theory- and practice-based understanding of the manufacturing processes in the particleboard, MDF/HDF and OSB industry.

• Learning Outcomes

You will expand your knowledge of wood-based panel manufactu- ring technologies and gain in-depth understanding of the relevant processes. You will have the opportunity to discuss your concrete technological challenges and build a wide network of experts and specialists in the field.

• Target Audience

The program is designed specifically for engineers, technologists and managers from wood-based panel producing companies and associated industries as well as researchers from universities and institutes.

• Entry requirements

University degree (university of applied sciences, university) or diploma in related subjects. Admissions decisions are made by the course leader based on applicants’ academic background and performance (‘sur dossier’). Strong English skills.
